Trying to summarize scuba diving in the Western Pacific and South Pacific is a nearly impossible task. The diversity of diving that is available is so very broad that you could make 20 trips and dive 20 different locations and never have a similar experience.

Top diving destinations in the Pacific and South Pacific  include many of best places to scuba dive in the world : Papua New Guinea, with its pristine dive sites, wrecks and marine life. Fiji, famous for its coral reefs and tiger sharks. Tahiti‘s beautiful turquoise waters and oceanic drop offs attract large pelagic, especially sharks and rays and vase schools of tropical reef fish. Palau is famous for swimming with Jellyfish and the stunning Rock Islands. If you want to dive with Manta Rays, then go to Yap.
